MINDFUL LIFE™

This program is designed to help teams build, integrate and master the skill of awareness. Through a series of four facilitated team conversations plus ongoing support, participants learn to create new awareness, develop intentional habits and practice presence with self, others and technology. Conversations are tailored to meet audience needs by level, location and industry.

Stop & Think: Creating New Awareness™
This is a 4-hour facilitated team conversation plus 1-hour follow-up designed to cultivate awareness of behaviors and their impact on productivity and innovation. It includes setting team and individual boundaries to support deeper connection and engagement. Participants create individual awareness plans as well as team agreements that define actions and commitments to better integrate behavior awareness at the individual, team and organizational levels. Stop & See: Developing Intentional Habits™
This is a 2-hour facilitated team conversation that empowers teams to create intentional habits that support desired outcomes for balance and success. The conversation explores the anatomy of habits to create connections to the impact behaviors have on the choices we make each day. Participants gain a deeper understanding of awareness and the skill to create intentional habits to support desired outcomes at the individual, team and organizational levels. More

Stop & Listen: Practicing Presence™
This is a 2-hour facilitated team conversation that explores tactics to become more present and engaged at the individual and team level. The conversation examines being present with environments, relationships and self. Participants learn new tools to listen and participate in conversations with greater impact and deeper engagement, and a plan for implementing engagement tools at the individual, team and organizational levels.
