Shipping
In-stock items ship the same day you order if your order is placed by 5pm PST, Monday-Friday (except holidays). Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a weekday holiday will be shipped the following business day. Simple Intentions uses UPS and FedEx to ship our products. Delivery to the 48 contiguous states takes 2-5 business days. Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico takes 5-7 business days. We do not deliver to post office boxes. And yes, we do ship overseas!

Rush Shipping
Rush shipping is available upon request. Additional shipping charges will apply to all rush orders placed after 2pm PST. Charges for shipments outside the continental USA are subject to a surcharge. Shipping charge total will be calculated at the time the order is placed. Please call customer service at 888-668-1107 if you need your order rushed.

Returns and Exchanges
We will replace any gift with another selection of equal value or issue a credit or refund to your account if you are not fully satisfied with the product. Please note we cannot take return of custom orders (items with your logo or artwork).

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

  • Call 888-668-1107 or email our customer service department between 8am and 5pm PST to begin processing your return or exchange.
  • If possible, repack the gift in its original packaging, and include the packing slip. Please be sure your Order ID is on the return label to help speed up the process.
  • We suggest you return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Simple Intentions is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, Simple Intentions will provide a prepaid USPS return label.

Payment options
We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, or PayPal) and checks. Sorry, no cash or CODs. If sending a check, order will be processed on the day we receive payment.

Sales Tax
We will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax.

Order confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive 3 emails, one to confirm receipt of your order, one when your order ships and one when your package is received by your recipient.
